TPA Artist Terms & Conditions
As a representative of The Production Agency being booked our events, you agree to the following;
Timing
You will be given a run sheet with times for pack in, sound check and your set times. Please be onetime for all. This means being a minimum 15mins early on site before your set times.
Presentation
At times clients may request specific styles and colours of wardrobe, other times it is expected that you are always formally dressed.
Photos
You may take photos of the performances but you CANNOT post to social Media, websites etc without us getting the OK from the client. This is a non-negotionable. Do NOT ask the client directly.If approval is given pleaseremember to tag TPA_NZ.
Filming
As above, you may film your performance (where possible) but you must not share without prior sign-off.
Point of contact
TPA will be your point of contact for all events, unless otherwise arranged. You are not to reach out to the client or their suppliers yourself. This can cause confusion and frustration with the client.
Tech Rider
You will provide TPA with an up to date tech rider for the event. We expect you to list everything appropriately for the event.
Meals
Not every event will provide meals but for those that will we will let you know. Please note in your tech rider any dietary requirements so we can pass it on promptly to the client.
Travel
When playing out of town events you will be required to pay your own travel unless otherwise specified. This includes transfers to/from the event and parking.
Payment
While we endeavour to pay invoices within 7 days we set the expectation to be the same as our clients paying us, due 20th of the following month.TPA holds the right to post photos and videos of the perfomance on the website and social media pages (with clients consent).
